Traktbaseret Rumlig Statistik

Traktbaseret Rumlig Statistik (TBSS) er en voxel-vis analysemetode til at detektere gruppedifferencer i hvid substans' mikrostruktur ud fra diffusions-MRI-data. TBSS, der blev publiceret af Stephen M. Smith og kolleger i 2006, adresserer registrerings- og multipel sammenligningsproblemer, der er iboende i voxel-vis analyse, ved at projicere individuelle FA-kort på et hvid substans-skelet, der er afledt af en populationsskabelon.
