Social netværksanalyse

Social netværksanalyse (SNA) er en strukturel metode, der kortlægger og måler relationer og strømme mellem mennesker, grupper, organisationer eller andre enheder, der modelleres som noder forbundet af bånd (kanter). I stedet for at fokusere på individuelle attributter afslører SNA, hvordan mønsteret af forbindelser former adfærd, indflydelse, informationsstrøm og resultater inden for et system.
