Vidensoverførsel

Vidensoverførsel (KT) er den systematiske syntese, formidling, udveksling og anvendelse af forskningsresultater for at forbedre sundhedsresultater og sundhedspraksis. Først formaliseret af Canadian Institutes of Health Research i 2004 anerkender KT, at evidensgenerering alene ikke automatisk ændrer klinisk eller politisk adfærd, og strukturerer en målrettet proces for at bygge bro over kløften mellem forskning og praksis.
