Tids-serie eQTL-analyse — Dynamisk genetisk regulering af genekspression

Tids-serie eQTL-analyse identificerer genetiske varianter (eQTLs), hvis effekt på genekspression ændrer sig over tid eller på tværs af udviklingsstadier. Ved at kombinere longitudinelle RNA-seq-data med individuelle genotyper, fanger metoden, hvordan den samme SNP kan aktivere, deaktivere eller omforme genregulering på forskellige tidspunkter — og afslører den temporale arkitektur af genomet's regulatoriske program i processer som differentiering, sygdomsprogression og miljørespons.
