Multi-omics RNA-seq differentiel ekspressionsanalyse

Multi-omics RNA-seq differentiel ekspressionsanalyse kombinerer tælledata på transkriptniveau fra RNA-sekventering med et eller flere yderligere omics-lag – såsom proteomik, metabolomik, epigenomik eller genomiske variantdata – for at identificere gener, proteiner eller metabolitter, der systematisk adskiller sig mellem biologiske tilstande. Ved at integrere flere molekylære niveauer fanger pipelinen reguleringsmekanismer, som transkriptomik alene ikke kan afdække, hvilket muliggør et mere komplet billede af de biologiske processer, der driver observerede fænotyper.
