শব্দভাণ্ডারের বৈচিত্র্য বিশ্লেষণ কোনো লেখার শব্দভাণ্ডার কতটা বৈচিত্র্যপূর্ণ — লেখকের শব্দচয়ন কতটা সমৃদ্ধ — তা পরিমাপ করে। এর জন্য টাইপ-টোকেন অনুপাত (TTR), MTLD, vocd-D, এবং Yule's K-এর মতো পরিমাপ ব্যবহার করা হয়। MTLD এবং vocd-D পরিমাপগুলি McCarthy এবং Jarvis (2010) দ্বারা বৈধতা প্রাপ্ত, যা Tweedie এবং Baayen (1998) এর শব্দভাণ্ডারের সমৃদ্ধি পরিমাপের স্থিতিশীলতার উপর পূর্ববর্তী কাজের উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি।
