হোয়েল অপটিমাইজেশন অ্যালগরিদম (WOA)
হোয়েল অপটিমাইজেশন অ্যালগরিদম (WOA) হলো একটি সোয়ার্ম-ভিত্তিক মেটাহিউরিস্টিক যা ২০১৬ সালে Mirjalili এবং Lewis কর্তৃক প্রবর্তিত হয়। এটি হাম্পব্যাক তিমিদের 'বাবল-নেট' শিকার কৌশলকে মডেল করে, যেখানে একদল তিমি শিকারকে ঘিরে ধীরে ধীরে পরিধি সংকুচিত করে। অ্যালগরিদমটি অল্প কয়েকটি প্যারামিটারের মাধ্যমে বিশ্বব্যাপী অনুসন্ধান (global exploration) এবং স্থানীয় শোষণ (local exploitation) এর মধ্যে ভারসাম্য বজায় রাখে এবং এটি অবিচ্ছিন্ন প্রকৌশল অপটিমাইজেশন সমস্যাগুলিতে ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে।
