Bayesian Active Learning
Bayesian Active Learning (BAL) একটি সম্ভাব্যতা মডেলকে একটি সক্রিয় প্রশ্ন কৌশল (active query strategy) এর সাথে একত্রিত করে যা অচিহ্নিত উদাহরণগুলিকে (unlabeled examples) সনাক্ত করে, যা লেবেলযুক্ত হলে মডেলের অনিশ্চয়তা সবচেয়ে বেশি হ্রাস করবে। এলোমেলোভাবে ডেটা লেবেল করার পরিবর্তে, BAL একটি ওরাকলকে — সাধারণত একজন মানব অ্যানোটেটর — সেই বিন্দুগুলির দিকে পরিচালিত করে যেখানে লেবেল করা সর্বাধিক তথ্য লাভ (information gain) প্রদান করবে, এটিকে অত্যন্ত লেবেল-দক্ষ (label-efficient) করে তোলে।
