اختبار ماكنيمار هو اختبار فرضيات لا معلمي يقارن نسبتين ثنائيتين مقترنتين (مرتبطتين)، مثل قياس نعم/لا على نفس الأشخاص قبل وبعد تدخل. قدمه كوين ماكنيمار في عام 1947 ويعمل على جدول 2×2 للنتائج المتطابقة.
