تحليل شاشات كريسبر
تعالج عملية تحليل شاشات كريسبر البيانات المستخلصة من الفحوصات الجينية المجمعة باستخدام نظام كريسبر-كاس9 (CRISPR-Cas9) لتحديد الجينات الضرورية لنمو الخلايا أو بقائها أو إظهار نمط ظاهري معين في ظروف محددة. وقد طوّر تشانغ وسانجانا وآخرون هذا المسار الحسابي الذي يحوّل قراءات التسلسل لوفرة الحمض النووي الريبوزي الموجه (guide RNA) إلى قوائم مرتبة من الجينات الوظيفية.
