Mapper算法
Mapper算法是拓扑数据分析(TDA)中的一种方法,它能生成一个基于图的摘要,以概括高维点云数据的形状。Mapper由Singh、Mémoli和Carlsson于2007年在Eurographics Symposium on Point-Based Graphics会议上提出,它构建了一个单纯复形——通常是一个图——该图能在不要求固定嵌入或度量假设的情况下,捕捉数据集的全局拓扑和几何结构。
