对话行为分类是一项自然语言处理任务,它自动为对话中的每个话语分配交际功能标签,例如问题、答案、问候或拒绝。该任务由 Jurafsky 等人 (1997) 和 Stolcke 等人 (2000) 确立,是聊天机器人和语篇分析的基础组成部分。
