COSY
相关谱(COSY)是一种二维核磁共振技术,通过标量耦合(J耦合)关联质子化学位移,揭示哪些质子通过多键发生磁耦合。COSY由Aue、Bartholdi和Ernst于1976年开发,已成为结构解析最重要的工具之一,使化学家无需同位素标记即可绘制质子连接图并推断分子拓扑结构。
