线截样法

线截样法(LIS)是由Richard H. Canfield于1941年开发的一种生态野外方法,用于估算牧场和森林调查中的植被覆盖度、植物密度和结构特征。通过在研究区域内布设一条线性样带并记录所有与样带相交的植物,LIS可以提供高效、无偏的估计,而无需样地或样方。
