Crown Fire (Van Wagner)
Van Wagner 的冠层火模型预测了地表火转化为活跃冠层火的条件以及冠层火蔓延的速度。该模型由 Cornelius Van Wagner 在 20 世纪 70 年代至 90 年代开发，其基础是火焰从地表向冠层的热传递物理学以及垂直火焰传播速率。该模型用于评估冠层火危险性，并指导易燃冠层森林的燃料管理决策。
