Load-Pull

Load-Pull 是一种用于在变化的负载和源阻抗条件下表征和优化射频功率放大器性能的实验技术。该技术由 Davidson 等人于 1990 年首次提出,通过改变放大器看到的负载阻抗,同时记录输出功率、效率和线性度来进行负载牵引测量。负载牵引可以揭示恒定增益、效率和稳定性的等值线,从而实现最优阻抗匹配以获得最大性能。该技术对于功率放大器的设计和表征至关重要。
