Epsilon-Based Measure DEA
Epsilon-Based Measure DEA (EBM-DEA) 是一种非参数效率分析方法，用于评估组织单位将投入转化为产出（或服务）的效率。与简单的基于比率的方法不同，EBM 在投入和产出维度上都成比例地考虑了松弛量（未使用的投入、未达到的产出）。它产生一个介于 0 和 1 之间的单一效率得分，其中 1 表示最佳实践效率。
