MCDMRankingComplex fuzzy z number
CF-TOPSIS（复杂模糊集扩展的TOPSIS）是一种排序多准则决策（MCDM）方法，由Ramot, D. Milo, R. Friedman, M. Kandel, A. 于2002年提出。它将评分多个准则的备选方案的决策矩阵转化为结构化、可复现的结果。
实际决策需要权衡多个在不同尺度上测量的冲突准则。CF-TOPSIS提供了一个透明的、分步的程序，将这些准则结合成一个可辩护的结果，而不是仅仅依赖直觉。
