摘要The Situational Awareness Rating Technique (SART), developed by Robert Taylor in 1990 for the NATO Advisory Group for Aerospace Research and Development (AGARD), is a subjective post-task measurement instrument for assessing an operator's degree of situational awareness (SA)—the perception of elements in the environment, understanding of their meaning, and projection of their future state. SART is widely used in aviation, military operations, emergency response, and human-factors research to evaluate system designs, training effectiveness, and task demands that enable or impair operator situational awareness. The Workload Profile (WP), developed by Pamela Tsang and Veronica Velazquez in 1996, is a multidimensional subjective workload assessment tool that refines the NASA Task Load Index by allowing respondents to assign relative importance weights to workload dimensions dynamically, rather than through separate pairwise comparisons. The WP divides the 0-100 point workload scale into segments corresponding to distinct cognitive and attentional demands, enabling respondents to visually allocate load across dimensions and thereby create a profile that reflects the task-specific pattern of burden.
