This design enables researchers to answer within-case questions at multiple levels, capturing both statistical patterns and rich contextual meaning for a specific case or set of cases. | Case study research is a qualitative research design that investigates a specific phenomenon, individual, group, organisation, or event in depth within its real-world context. Systematised by Robert K.
