Pinch Analysis

Pinch analysis 是一种识别化学过程中最低能源需求和优化热回收机会的系统方法。该方法由 Bodo Linnhoff 和 John Flower 于 1978 年开发,通过图形化识别“夹点”(pinch point)——即过程中加热和冷却需求大致平衡的最受限部分。通过针对这些瓶颈,工程师可以设计节能的热交换器网络并显著降低运营成本。
