การวิเคราะห์กราฟความรู้ (Knowledge Graph Analysis) เป็นกรอบการทำงานสำหรับการแทน จัดเก็บ และให้เหตุผลเกี่ยวกับความรู้เชิงข้อเท็จจริงที่มีโครงสร้างในรูปแบบของกราฟมีทิศทาง (directed graph) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเอนทิตี (entities) และความสัมพันธ์ที่มีประเภท (typed relations) เอนทิตี (โหนด) และความสัมพันธ์ (เส้นเชื่อม) จะถูกแสดงในรูปของสามสิ่งอันดับ (subject–predicate–object triples) ทำให้สามารถสืบค้น อนุมาน และบูรณาการแหล่งข้อมูลที่แตกต่างกันหลากหลายข้ามโดเมน เช่น การวิจัยชีวการแพทย์ อีคอมเมิร์ซ และวรรณกรรมทางวิทยาศาสตร์
