สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของแมทธิวส์ (Matthews Correlation Coefficient, MCC) คือการวัดค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจำแนกประเภทแบบไบนารีที่ทำนายได้กับค่าจริง มีค่าตั้งแต่ -1 ถึง 1 และถือเป็นหนึ่งในตัวชี้วัดแบบคะแนนเดียวที่น่าเชื่อถือที่สุดสำหรับการประเมินตัวจำแนกประเภทแบบไบนารี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับชุดข้อมูลที่ไม่สมดุล
