การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบซองจดหมายแบบหน้าต่าง (Window DEA) เป็นวิธีการวัดประสิทธิภาพแบบไม่ใช้พารามิเตอร์สำหรับข้อมูลแบบพาเนลที่ประเมินหน่วยตัดสินใจ (DMUs) เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป โดยการรวมการสังเกตการณ์ของแต่ละ DMU ในช่วงหน้าต่างเวลาที่ต่อเนื่องกันเข้ากับปัญหา DEA แบบภาคตัดขวางเดียว วิธีนี้ถูกนำเสนอโดย Charnes, Clark, Cooper และ Golany ในปี 1984 ช่วยให้สามารถติดตามประสิทธิภาพในแนวยาวได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้ข้อมูลพาเนลทั้งหมด เพิ่มอำนาจในการจำแนกโดยการรวมการสังเกตการณ์ในช่วงเวลาที่ต่อเนื่องกัน
