The FACIT-Palliative (FACIT-Pal) is a 12-item self-report subscale of the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) family, specifically designed to measure spiritual well-being and existential meaning in patients with advanced cancer and life-limiting illness.
