สรุป	The FWQ is a self-report questionnaire assessing pregnant women's subjective perception of fetal wellbeing, maternal physical and emotional health, and prenatal bonding. The indicators track six essential markers: exclusive breastfeeding in infants under 6 months, continued breastfeeding in the second year, timely introduction of complementary foods at 6–8 months, and adequate dietary diversity and meal frequency by 6–23 months. These indicators are foundational for monitoring nutrition outcomes and evaluating maternal and child health programs worldwide.
