Uundaji wa Thamani Iliyoongezwa (VAM) ni njia ya kutathmini mchango wa shule au walimu katika ukuaji wa mafanikio ya wanafunzi, iliyoandaliwa na Sanders na Horn (1998). VAM hutenga athari za mwalimu au shule kwa kulinganisha faida za wanafunzi (thamani iliyoongezwa) huku ikidhibiti mafanikio ya awali na sifa za wanafunzi.
