Uchanganuzi wa mkusanyiko wa uvumilivu ni njia ya kutabiri athari ya jumla ya uvumilivu wa utengenezaji kwenye vipimo vya mwisho na mpangilio wa sehemu zilizokusanywa. Wakati sehemu zenye uvumilivu wa kibinafsi zinapokusanywa pamoja, uvumilivu wao huungana kwa njia ngumu, mara nyingi hutoa matokeo ambayo ni mabaya kuliko kila sehemu kivyake. Uchanganuzi wa mkusanyiko huhakikisha kuwa mkusanyiko wa mwisho utafanya kazi ipasavyo licha ya uvumilivu wa sehemu ya kibinafsi, au hubainisha mahali ambapo uvumilivu mkali zaidi unahitajika.
