Jaribio la Usambazaji Usio na Usawa

Jaribio la Usambazaji Usio na Usawa (TDT) ni njia ya takwimu inayozingatia familia kwa ajili ya kupima uhusiano wa kijeni na magonjwa au sifa huku ikidhibiti asili ya idadi ya watu. Lililotengenezwa na Spielman na Ewens mnamo 1993, TDT huchunguza kama aleli inasambazwa kwa upendeleo kutoka kwa wazazi wenye heterozigoti kwa watoto walioathirika ikilinganishwa na watoto wasioathirika. Kwa kulinganisha mifumo ya usambazaji ndani ya familia, TDT huepuka athari za kuchanganya za muundo wa idadi ya watu zinazokumba tafiti za visa-udhibiti, na kuifanya kuwa muhimu sana katika idadi ya watu iliyochanganyika au yenye tabaka.
