GCTA

GCTA (Genome-wide Complex Trait Analysis) ni kifaa cha kukokotoa kinachotumika kukadiria urithi na uhusiano wa kijeni kutoka kwa data ya jenotipu na fenotipu ya jenomu nzima. Iliyotengenezwa na Yang na Visscher mnamo 2011, GCTA hutumia uwezekano wa juu zaidi uliozuiliwa wa jenomu nzima (GREML) kugawanya tofauti ya fenotipu katika vijenzi vinavyoelezwa na SNP za kawaida, vipengele vya kimazingira, na tofauti ya mabaki.
