Uchambuzi wa ATAC-seq
ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) ni mbinu ya kuchunguza mazingira ya upatikanaji wa kromatini katika jenomu nzima. Iliyoundwa na Buenrostro na wenzake mwaka 2013, ATAC-seq hutumia transposase yenye nguvu nyingi kuweka alama kwenye maeneo ya kromatini yaliyo wazi na yanayopatikana, kuwezesha utambuzi wa haraka na nyeti wa vipengele vya udhibiti wa DNA.
