Mfumo wa Bei za Hedonic

Mfumo wa bei za hedonic, uliotengenezwa na Sherwin Rosen mwaka 1974 na kujengwa juu ya nadharia ya sifa za Kevin Lancaster (1966), ni njia ya kiuchumi kwa ajili ya kutathmini bei za ndani za sifa za bidhaa kwa kurudisha bei za soko kwa sifa zilizozingatiwa. Inaonyesha maamuzi ya kubadilishana ambayo wateja wako tayari kufanya kati ya vipengele vya bidhaa na inaweza kutumika kutathmini thamani za huduma za mazingira (k.m., ubora wa hewa kupitia bei za nyumba) na kurekebisha viashiria vya bei kwa mabadiliko ya ubora.
