Faster R-CNN
Faster R-CNN ni mfumo wa ugunduzi wa kitu wenye hatua mbili, wa kina wa mtandao wa neva wa kunyumbulisha (deep convolutional object detection framework) ulioanzishwa na Shaoqing Ren, Kaiming He, Ross Girshick, na Jian Sun (Microsoft Research) katika NeurIPS 2015. Unachukua nafasi ya hatua ya polepole ya pendekezo la eneo la utafutaji teule (selective-search region proposal) iliyotumika katika watangulizi wake R-CNN na Fast R-CNN kwa kutumia Mtandao wa Pendekezo la Eneo (Region Proposal Network - RPN) uliojifunza ambao unashiriki sifa za kunyumbulisha na kichwa cha ugunduzi, kuwezesha kigunduzi cha kitu cha kwanza kinachoweza kufunzwa kikamilifu, chenye usahihi wa karibu na muda halisi na kuanzisha kiwango cha usahihi cha muda mrefu kwenye PASCAL VOC na MS COCO.
