Kiwango cha kula kupindukia (BES)
BES ni dodoso la kujiripoti lenye vipengele 16 iliyoundwa mahususi kupima vipengele vya kitabia na kihisia vya kula kupindukia kwa watu wanene na wasionene. Iliyoundwa na Gormally na wenzake mwaka 1982, BES hutumia mfumo wa uchaguzi wa kulazimishwa na huzingatia uzoefu wa kibinafsi wa kukosa udhibiti, ukali wa vipindi vya kula kupindukia, na vichocheo vya kihisia. Hutumiwa sana katika utafiti wa matibabu ya unene na uchunguzi wa kimatibabu kwa mifumo ya kula kupindukia.
