Mlinganyo wa Penman-Monteith ni modeli ya kiufundi ya kukadiria uvukizaji-upya (ET), upotevu wa maji kutoka kwa udongo na miti hadi anga. Awali ulipendekezwa na Penman (1948) kwa udongo tasa na nyuso za maji, kisha ulipanuliwa na Monteith (1965) kuingiza upinzani wa mimea dhidi ya utoaji wa mvuke wa maji, umekuwa kiwango cha kimataifa kwa masomo ya mizani ya maji, hesabu ya mahitaji ya maji ya mazao, na uundaji wa hidrojeni.
