Stokastisk kösimulering – Probabilistisk modellering av kösystem
Stokastisk kösimulering modellerar kösystem där ankomst- och serviceprocesser följer sannolikhetsfördelningar snarare än fasta hastigheter. Genom att simulera tusentals slumpmässiga händelser uppskattar den prestandamått – genomsnittlig väntetid, kölängd, serverutnyttjande – under realistisk osäkerhet, vilket gör den till standardverktyget för att designa och utvärdera servicesystem från sjukhus till callcenter.
