Panel Geographically Weighted Regression (Panel GWR) proširuje standardni GWR okvir na panel podatke, dopuštajući regresionim koeficijentima da variraju kako geografski, tako i vremenski. Ona obuhvata prostorno nestacionarne odnose u longitudinalnim ili prostornim skupovima podataka sa ponovljenim merenjima, kombinujući lokalnu prostornu procenu sa kontrolama panel podataka za specifičnu heterogenost jedinica.
