Bayesian Mixed-Integer Programming (BO-MIP) kombinuje probabilistički surogat model — tipično Gaussov proces — sa rešavačem za mešovito celobrojno programiranje radi efikasne optimizacije skupih crnih kutija ciljeva definisanih nad prostorima koji sadrže i neprekidne i diskretne ili celobrojne promenljive odluke. Posebno je vredan kada je svaka evaluacija funkcije skupa i iscrpna pretraga neizvodljiva.
