NODDI

Neurite Orientation Dispersion and Density Imaging (NODDI) je biofizički model difuzionog MRI koji kvantifikuje mikrostrukturne osobine bele mase: gustinu neurita (gustinu aksona), disperziju orijentacije (koherentnost vlakana) i izotropnu difuziju (slobodnu vodu ili cerebrospinalnu tečnost). Uveden od strane Zhanga i saradnika 2012. godine, NODDI pruža biološki interpretativne metrike koje direktno povezuju signale difuzionog MRI sa mikrostrukturom tkiva.
