Lokalizacija izvora u magnetoneurografiji (MEG)

Lokalizacija izvora u magnetoneurografiji (MEG) predstavlja inverzni problem procene porekla neuronskih struja u mozgu na osnovu merenja magnetnog polja na poglavini. MEG, koji je uveo David Cohen 1972. godine, nudi superiornu vremensku rezoluciju (milisekunde) i prostornu specifičnost u poređenju sa EEG-om, jer magnetna polja manje izobličava provodljivost tkiva, omogućavajući istraživačima da precizno lociraju neuralnu aktivnost.
