Statistička kontrola procesa uz pomoć simulacije

Statistička kontrola procesa uz pomoć simulacije (SA-SPC) kombinuje kompjutersku simulaciju — tipično Monte Karlo ili simulaciju diskretnih događaja — sa klasičnim metodama SPC-a za dizajniranje, testiranje i kalibrisanje kontrolnih karti i šema nadzora pre ili paralelno sa primenom na realnom proizvodnom procesu. Umesto da se oslanja isključivo na analitičke pretpostavke zatvorenog oblika, SA-SPC koristi simulirane podatke za procenu performansi karti pod realnim, često nenormalnim uslovima procesa.
