Dizajn eksperimenta sa smešama je klasa ograničenih eksperimentalnih dizajna u kojoj su faktori proporcije komponenti u smeši, podložni ograničenju da sve proporcije sumiraju na jedinicu. Okvir je formalizovan od strane Henry Scheffé-a 1958. godine i obuhvata simplex-lattice, simplex-centroid i D-optimalne dizajne smeša koji se široko koriste u farmaceutskoj formulaciji, nauci o hrani i istraživanju materijala.
