Metoda transmisiono-linijske matrice

Metoda transmisiono-linijske matrice (TLM) predstavlja direktnu diskretizaciju Maksvelovih jednačina korišćenjem ekvivalentne mreže transmisionih linija. Uvedena od strane Džonsa i Berla 1971. godine, TLM modeluje elektromagnetna polja kao naponske i strujne talase koji se prostiru duž spregnutih transmisionih linija. Metoda je intuitivna, numerički stabilna i efikasna za tranzijentne i frekventno-domenske elektromagnetne probleme. TLM ostaje konkurentna sa FDTD i FIT metodama za mnoge RF i mikrotalasne primene.
