AHP-BOCR

AHP-BOCR je proširenje Analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa (AHP) koje integriše strateške perspektive kroz BOCR okvir: Prednosti (Benefits), Mogućnosti (Opportunities), Troškovi (Costs) i Rizici (Risks). Umesto optimizacije jednog cilja, AHP-BOCR razlaže odluke na četiri strateške dimenzije i koristi formulu (Prednosti × Mogućnosti) / (Troškovi × Rizici) za sintezu strateškog prioriteta. Ovaj pristup je posebno pogodan za dugoročne, složene odluke sa višestrukim perspektivama zainteresovanih strana.
