SažetakThe Frenchay Activities Index (FAI) is a self-report or informant-rated questionnaire designed to measure participation in activities of daily living and instrumental activities over a 3-month period. Developed by Holbrook and Skilbeck (1983) at the Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, the FAI evaluates participation in 15 activities spanning domestic, leisure, and work domains. The FAI is widely used in stroke rehabilitation and aging research to measure broader functional recovery, social participation, and return to valued activities beyond basic self-care.The COPM is a client-centered, semi-structured assessment tool designed to measure change in occupational performance over time. Developed by Law and colleagues (1990) at McMaster University in Canada, it has become a cornerstone of occupational therapy practice, focusing on identifying and evaluating performance issues that matter most to each individual client.
