By pooling several OC-SVM boundary estimates, the ensemble reduces the sensitivity to kernel choice and data sampling that afflicts a single one-class SVM, producing a more stable and accurate novelty or outlier detector. | A voting ensemble trains several diverse classifiers independently and combines their predictions by a vote: hard voting picks the class chosen by the most models, while soft voting averages their class-probability estimates, optionally with per-model weights.
