Gibbsovo uzorkovanje sa greškom merenja je Bejzijanska MCMC metoda koja istovremeno procenjuje nepoznate stvarne vrednosti kovarijata i parametre modela kada su opservirani podaci narušeni greškom merenja. Tretirajući latentne stvarne vrednosti kao dodatne nepoznate, ona iterativno uzorkuje sve količine iz njihovih punih uslovnih distribucija, propagirajući nesigurnost merenja u sve naknadne zaključke.
