Modeli i besueshmërisë së softuerit
Modelët e besueshmërisë së softuerit parashikojnë sjelljen e shkallëve të dështimit gjatë testimit dhe operacionit, duke vlerësuar kur softueri arrin objektivat e kërkuar të besueshmërisë. Të prezantuara nga Goel dhe Okumoto (1979), këto modele stokastike kapin se si rënia e zbulimit të defekteve përparon me testimin. Organizatat përdorin modelë besueshmërie për të parashikuar gatishmërinë për lëshim, për të vlerësuar kohëzgjatjen e testimit dhe për të vërtetuar arritjen e cilësisë.
