Analiza e bisedave e bazuar në terren (CA e terrenit) zbaton metodat rigoroze analitike sekondare të analizës së bisedave te të folurit dhe interaksioni i regjistruar në ambiente reale — vendpunishte, klinika, klasa dhe hapësira publike — në vend të korpusit ekzistues ose të dhënave laboratorike. Duke kombinuar qasjen e qëndrueshme në terren me analizën e hollësishme të transkriptimit, ajo zbulon se si rendi social arrihet kthesë pas kthese në mjediset aktuale ku ka rëndësi.
