Korniza e Domeneve Teoreke (TDF) është një model me 14 domene që integron konstrukte nga 33 teori të ndryshimit të sjelljes dhe zbatimit për të identifikuar pengesat dhe facilituesit për ndryshimin e sjelljes profesionale dhe publike. Zhvilluar nga Michie et al. (2005) për të ofruar një mjet praktik për shkencëtarët e zbatimit dhe specialistët e ndryshimit të sjelljes, TDF ndihmon në vlerësimin sistematik të 'përse' profesionistët shëndetësorë ose pacientët i adoptojnë (ose nuk i adoptojnë) praktikat e bazuara në dëshmi, dhe udhëzon dizajnin e ndërhyrjeve të personalizuara të ndryshimit të sjelljes.
